263 provides the enterprise customer with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), mainly including:

Mail system no-failure guarantee: Party B ensures that the no-failure rate of the mail system provided to Party A is not lower than 99.9%, namely the accumulated time of failure per month doesn’t exceed 44 minutes.

Network connectivity guarantee: Party B ensures that the network connectivity of the mail system network is not lower than 99.9%, namely the accumulated time of disconnection of the network of the mail system per month doesn’t exceed 44 minutes.

Power continued supply rate guarantee: Party B ensures that the power continued supply rate is not lower than 99.9%, namely the accumulated time of power failure per month doesn’t exceed 4.4 minutes.

Mail sending/receiving speed guarantee: Party B ensures that for the mail system that provides Party A with enterprise mail service, the averaged mail sending/receiving delay per mail per month doesn’t exceed 1 minute, namely the sending/receiving delay per mail doesn’t exceed 1 hour.

Anti-spam and anti-virus guarantee: Party B ensures that anti-spam gateway and anti-virus server are equipped in the system that provides Party A with enterprise mail service, and ensures that, at the system level, the averaged mail virus detection rate is not lower than 99.9%; the averaged mail anti-virus rate is not lower than 99.9%, the spam filter is not lower than 99%.

Data backup guarantee: Party B ensures to back up the data every day and the backed data is saved for one week.

Tips:How to migrate the enterprise mail to minimize the company’s daily work?

1) As the mailbox migration involves domain analysis, and the global domain server’s synchronous time is generally in 2~48 hours, it is better to arrange the enterprise mail migration on weekends;

2) The customer confirms and places order with the sales representative;

3) 263 notifies the employees of the migration plan and the operations after migration in advance;

4) The customer modifies the mail domain MX record after off-duty on Friday;

5)263 Enterprise Mail system will automatically detect the mailbox. After the domain MX analysis, 263 immediately launches the mail, and sends the setting report to the contact’s mailbox;

6) After receiving the setting report, the customer logs in the mail administration system (MA) and make setting as the prompt. The customer can import mailbox account, address books in batch;

7) On Monday, the employees can receive mails from the new system after modifying the mailbox settings. They can receive the mails before migration from the original system by using the original settings. Therefore, such migration will not result in any mail loss.
